Mont Choisy beach

If you like a bit of privacy on the beach, then MONT CHOISY is the obvious choice for you. It is the longest beach in the north of the island and practically undeveloped. Filaos trees line the entire beach. The ocean here has a turquoise color and is practically free of coral fragments and pebbles.

Don't think you'll be alone here, you really won't be. At the weekend, there are a lot of locals here, but thanks to the length of the beach, people spread out along its entire length and the beach does not seem as crowded as, for example, in Pereybere.

Refreshments here are provided only by stalls and food tracks. We recommend the Sundeck stand and the coconuts in the stand by the parking lot in the southern part. You won't find a traditional restaurant here. On the contrary, there are plenty of parking spaces and plenty of shade thanks to the forest. Showers and toilets are here as well, of course. In the southern and northern parts you will also find water sports. There are buses that comes to the beach.

Mont Choisy is ideal for families with children and for romantic sunset viewing. We really liked it and rank it among our favorite places on the island.
